Reinstalling Windows 10 may soon become easier. The disclosed version of Windows 10 with a new start menu design has another surprising feature: a "cloud download" feature for reinstalling Windows.
This is similar to the internet recovery feature on a Mac. When you try to boot a Mac without an operating system, it connects to the Internet, downloads macOS and installs it for you. This is part of the recovery environment built into a Mac.
With this new feature, when reinstalling Windows, you can select "Download to the cloud" to download the latest Windows 10 operating system or "Reset locally"To reinstall the existing Windows operating system on the device. WalkingCat spotted on Twitter:

It's unclear exactly how this feature works, but it seems like an easier way out of a difficult situation. Insider Construction of Windows 10 and back on a stable version. Or, if you have an older version of Windows 10 installed, you can easily download and install the latest version – without creation of an installation support first. Imagine using an old installation media to reinstall the latest version of Windows.
As always, this feature may never lead to a stable version of Windows. It's in an internal version of Windows disclosed – we might never see her again. However, it is very likely that we heard about the arrival of an upcoming version of 19H2 or 20H1.
